The 2015 All Conference Teams were announced the other day and a number of Kennewick Lions were among those selected.  Leading off the pack was Senior DJ Dyer who garnered Offensive Lineman of the year.

Dyer ('16) a 6-4 285lb Earth-mover was a 2nd team selection in 2014.  DJ was the anchor of a stellar line that helped give the 2015 Lions one of the more potent running attacks in the MCC.  Dyer is getting several college looks and is sure to play on Saturdays next fall.

Devyn Edward, Rogelio Guizar, Andrew Fridley, Brenden Villasenor and Blake Loftus all were selected to the 2nd Team All Conference.

Devyn Edward ('16) was selected as 2nd Team Defensive Back and was one of Kennewick's "Lock-down" corners, with 3 interceptions on the year.  Devyn was also one of the Lions go-to receivers with 15 receptions for 218-yards and 2TDs

Rogelio Guizar ('16) was selected as 2nd Team Linebacker, Rogelio was a stalwart workhorse in the middle of the defense for the Lions.  His play was key to the sucess of the defense this year.

Andrew Fridley ('17) was selected as 2nd Team Linebacker. Fridley, a junior was all over the field for the Lions finding himself in the mix of the action defensively, Andrew will be a key piece of the puzzle for 2016.

Brenden Villasenor ('17) was selected as 2nd Team Offensive Line.  Brenden is just a Junior but has seen varsity action since his Freshman year.  Brenden was another key piece of the Lions run game and will be another key cog in the ongoing sucess of the Lions.

Blake Loftus ('17) was selected as 2nd Team Wide Reciever.  Loftus was the 2nd leading receiver in the MCC with 42 receptions, 460-yards, and  3-TD.  The speedy Loftus, just a Junior, is yet another athletic Lion with another year to play.

Congratulations to all the all-conference selections for 2015, see below for the full list.
